Embekon Engineers (India) is today one of India’s leading firms engaged in the technology, development production and marketing of high performance industrial belting products used in conveying, linear positioning, rotary positioning and power transmission applications. Established in 1978, the company manufactures products under the brand Super-Speed™ and also markets various high quality products imported and distributed by it. Super-Speed™ Caterpillar Belts have set a new benchmark of quality and efficiency in cable and PVC pipe industries since its launch three decades ago. Super-Speed™ Caterpillar Belts are reinforced all synthetic new generation belts with specially formulated compounds, which ensure consistency and dependability with improved performance and greater economy regardless of application. These belts are engineered to precision by the company’s technical team after in-depth analysis of customers’ needs. In cable industries, extruded armoured cables are passed between two plain Caterpillar Belts and subsequently forwarded into rolls for end-use application. In PVC pipe industries, extruded PVC pipes are passed between two dual-sided grooved belts and subsequently forwarded into rolls for end-use application. For these industries the company provides users with multiple hardness choices as per the variations in PVC pipe density. Super-Speed™ Caterpillar belts are available in plain, cogged on one side as well as dual cogged for certain specific power transmission and conveying applications. These belts are available with up to 7 grooves in the drive side. Standard sizes available are 4” x 64”, 4” x 76", 6” x 76" and 4” x 90". These belts are used in PVC pipe extrusion machines, haul-off drives of extruder machines, cable industries and welding rod industries among others.
