Proteck Machinery offers Reishauer Gear Grinding Machine. The machine, called the RZ 150, is a continuous generating gear grinding machine that assures a modern and economic hard gear finishing in mass production. Ensuring high reliability of achieving the desired tooth geometry, the RZ 150 provides the opportunity to produce noise-optimised tooth geometries and surface textures with customary pre-machining quality. While individual flank modifications are also possible with the two-flank process, the machine distinguishes itself through excellent quality and process stability combined with outstanding productivity. Short idle times due to an innovative multi-spindle module, simple changeovers and quick set-up times are inherent characteristics of this new machine.
