CNC Gear Hobbing Machine

The LC 82 CNC gear hobbing machine, with 3"(80 mm) capacity, is specifically designed for high-speed dry cutting with carbide and cermet tools. According to the corn p any, the machine is characterized by high levels of accuracy, flexible production capabilities, and low per-piece costs. A 3,000 RPM motor hob head and a high-speed (450 RPM) table drive combine to shorten cycle times and improve accuracy. These features accommodate the shorter product life cycles and frequent changeovers anticipated in future manufacturing.
