Cnc High Speed Gear Shaper

HMT's high speed gear shaper WS I CNC is based on a new design concept for workpieces of pitch diameters up to 200 mm and a module of 5 mm. The WS I has maximum number of strokes per minute up to 2060. Some of its key features are: extremely rigid machine frame; hydrostatic guides and bearings; positively controlled cutter head relief; work table offset for angular relief; radial feed through ball screw and nut driver by AC servo motor with rotary encoder feed back; and an electronic work rotation control ensuring higher performance, cutting accuracy, improved tool life, importance to handling, reliability, maintenance, safety and a high degree of automation is possible.
