Omega Renk Bearings Pvt Ltd manufactures a wide range of Slide Bearings. Renk E type bearing assemblies are made to: DIN 31690 – pedestal plain bearings, block plummer; DIN 31694 – pedestal plain bearings, centre flange bearings; and DIN 31693 – pedestal plain bearings, side flange bearings. These are available in sizes from 80 mm Ø to 280 mm Ø, manufactured in India. The company also manufactures Renk white metal lined spare bearing shells for the above; white metal lined gearbox bearings; and white metal lined sleeve bearing to customer drawings. Omega Renk Bearings Pvt Ltd is a well known slide bearing manufacturer in India known for quality and reliability, incorporated in the year 2000 to supply bearings to RENK, Germany exclusively and to meet local demands of RENK bearings. The manufacturing facility boasts of the most modern prefabricated insulated structure as the production centre. The state-of-art machine shop has the latest CNC machines from Gildemeister & Deckel Maho, Germany. The stringent quality control is maintained with the help of Carl Zeiss 3D CMM, latest ultrasonic machines from Krautkramer, modern techniques for non-destructive tests and qualified NDT personnel. The general purpose machine shop has vertical and horizontal milling machines, drilling machines and equipped with good lifting facilities and modern storage system from Hanel, Germany. The company has an efficient, heat treatment plant, white-metalling shop, foundry and own Caterpillar DG sets.
