Sintered bushes

Mumbai-based Bearing & Bush Co offers sintered self-lubricated products manufactured by powder metallurgy process. Sintered products are produced by compacting powder to the required shape and subjecting it to a heat treatment process to form a continuous metal structure with fine pores to retain lubricating oil. Materials generally used are sintered bronze and sintered iron as per IS standards. These products have a wide range of applications in all types of household electrical appliances, textile machinery, and automobiles. The range of products includes plain bushes, flanged bushes, solid rods, and self-aligned bushes. A wide range of bushes made out of gun metal, phosphor bronze, aluminium bronze, leaded bronze and steel are also supplied.
