Self-Lubricating Oilite Bushes

Bearing & Bush Co a range of sintered (self lubricating) bushes manufactured by powder metallurgy process. Oilite products are produced by compacting powder to their required shape and subjecting them to a heat treatment process to form a continuous metal structure with fine pores to retain lubricating oil. Materials generally used are sintered bronze and iron sintered as per IS standards. These products have a wide range of application in all types of household electrical appliances, textile machineries, automobiles, etc. These types of products comprise plain bushes, flanged bushes, solid rods, self aligned bushes, etc., as per drawings/samples.
