Spas Lubo Technologies offers Self-Lubricating Bushings, LuBo #500SPX, #500HCA. These self-lubricating bushings are specially developed for extremely high load applications, such as construction mobile equipments, toggle linkage of high tonnage injection moulding machines, etc. The hardness of alloy with special solid self-lubricant improves machine life and reduces the lubrication cycle to over 1,000 hours of operation in harsh environments. Additionally, #500 SPX / #500 HCA self-lubricating bearings substantially eliminate noise resulting from friction of using metal/bronze bushings. Features: higher loads than #500SP; extremely high allowable bushing pressure; superb wear resistance; elimination of supplementary lubrication; reduce lubrication cycle to over 1,000 hour operation in harsh environment; prevent galling, scoring, and seizing; and high load and low speed operations.
