Amcats Pvt Ltd offers Precision Gears, Racks and Pinions from KHK, Japan, an ISO 9001 certified company elevated now to IS0 14001. It manufactures all kind of gears, racks and pinions for wide range of power transmission as mechanisms. These are manufactured in different materials like steel, plastics, aluminium, stainless steel, etc., in a variety of types, configurations, modules, and number of teeth. Though the third largest gear manufacturer in Japan, it is however the only manufacturer of “stocked gears” in Japan. The stocked gears are standard designed gears always in stock offering selection from 4,500 types according to the requirement of the customers. Thus it eliminates the waiting period as well as making the own specification and therefore helps making the equipment fast and economical. The range includes spur gears, bevel gears, mitre gears, warm gears, racks, pawls, ratchets, gear coupling in volute spline shafts, bushings and gear lubricant in the grade JIS 1 to economical type JIS 4 and 5 grades.
