iglidur® PRT-02-60 is a low weight, low price and versatile slewing ring bearing with the proven and tested advantages of the igus polymer bearings. The head rings made of iglidur J4 are totally maintenance- and lubrication-free. The outer ring is made of clear-anodised aluminium. All binding screws are made of stainless steel. Salient features: very low weight; outer ring made of clear-anodised aluminium; head rings made of lubrication-free iglidur®iglidur® J4; cost effective; and also available with outer ring made of stainless steel. Specifications: Marking – PRT-02-60; weight – 0.7 kg; axial load, static – 45,000 N, dynamic – 12,000 N; radial load, static – 10,000 N, dynamic – 2,800 N; max rotation speed allowed – 120 RPM; max permitted overturning torque – 200 Nm; and max working temperature – 60°C.
