Plastic Plain Bearings

The Plastic Plain Bearings, iglidur V400 are highly wear-resistant up to 200°C. These bearings offer extreme resistance to wear for soft shafts that was previously limited to application temperatures up to approx 130°C. The newly developed material iglidur V400 is a compound of materials that opens up the application range up to 200°C. Due to their higher elasticity, these bearings are also suitable for applications with vibrations and edge loads. V400 is insensitive to chemicals and is distinguished by minimum water absorption.
