Plastic Linear Bearings

DryLin® RJMP is a 2nd generation of plastic linear bearings from igus. Precise and very low priced, the 2nd generation of DryLin plastic linear bearings RJMP is both low clearance and low cost. The dimensions are identical with standard recirculating ball bearings. The assembly is very easy by hand with a light pressfit. Securing is provided by circlips. The bearings can be used with all DryLin linear housings, tandem housings and shaft materials. Salient features: easy and quick assembly; low clearance (0.01-0.05 mm); at least 40% cheaper than conventional bearings; and for shaft diameter – 10-30 mm. These are for use with: aluminium shafts, steel shafts, stainless steel shafts, hard-chromed shafts and carbon fibre shafts in material handling, automation, and fitness equipment.
