Plain Bearings

Spas Lubo Technologies offers a range of Plain Bearings. Since the sliding friction occurs between the axis and the bearings, these plain bearings have an advantage over rolling bearings as follows: excellent life time and quiet operation; suitable for high speed and impact load; suitable for high load and low friction; and compact design with reasonable price. Non-standard and made only by customers’ request, the plain bearings are used under condition of boundary lubrication or fluid lubrication. The oil groove can be made on the surface of inside diameter for smooth oil lubrication. It is used for bearing of axis and pin of construction machinery and engineering machinery. Classification of plain bearings: guide bearing – guide and support to machine parts or axis which does not rotate; thrust bearings – support to load of axis direction on the sliding surface; and journal bearings – support to the rotary axis at the cylinder surface (bushing).
