Delta Abrasives is a fully integrated mounted point manufacturing unit. Mounted wheels and points find extensive use in re-rolling mills for notching of rollers, in borewell bit grinding, in foundries, in a forge shops, etc. These mounted points easily out perform the competition. The company supplies the entire mounted point range in both aluminium oxide (white/pink/brown) and silicon carbide (green/black) on spindle diameters 3 and 6 mm. For more efficient mounted point performance, it provides special pneumatic high speed, extra light weight grinders. Operator fatigue reduction increases throughput. Grinders are available up to 35000 rpm.
