Universal Tool offers solid carbide knurling wheels of excellent quality for very high efficiency. Knurling operation with the very well defined sharp profile reproduced on the materials. These are offered from ? 5 mm OD up to ? 60 mm OD in solid carbide, the pitch ranging from 0.3 mm up to 3 mm profile having angle of 60?, 90?, 120? or any profile as per customer choice. The number of teeth varies from very close to very fine. These knurling wheels are offered in straight design, cross design, with very long life and high retentivity of cutting edges ground on CNC grinding machine. The company also offers CNC ground knurling wheels in HSS high cobalt and new material like ASP 30, 60 and 90.
