Vishwacon offers Helical Geared Units. These are transmission units. The special features are: these units are with in-built heavy-duty thrust bearing between gear unit and the barrel to get alignment and base installation; cooling units: units are provided with water jacketing system to controlled generated heat; castings - closed grains C.I. castings; lubrications - gears and bearings are lubricated by splash of oil from the sump. Thus, no extra attention is required except checking of oil level; design - casehardened and ground gear technology with modular design concept; quality - total quality assurance through continuous improvement in process and service.
