Graphited Bronze Self-Lubricating Bushes/Bearings

RSC has developed maintenance-free, self-lubricating graphited filled bushes and half shell bearings of plug type and oil groove type. They are specially made for environmental applications and can be used in any kind of water. Plug type have through and through hole on OD and ID bushes duly filled with graphite. Oil groove type bushes/ bearings have straight and diamond cross cut grooves on ID duly filled with graphite which allow both radial and axial movements at the same time with overlapping replete lubrication supply in any moving direction. RSC also manufactures dry self-lubricating DU bushes, thrust washers wherein PTFE/lead coating is done on steel backed bronze impregnation.
