The company manufactures gears up to 800 mm diameter and 10 module. It has expertise in manufacturing customised gears and gearboxes as per customers’ drawings. It has a state-of-the-art facility with the latest WMW gear grinders and worm grinders like Reishaur Gear Grinder – NZA Model along with Fassler DSA dressings; also an ultra modern testing and inspection lab with machines such as: Klingelnbbrg lead profile tester, Model PCS 600, Microtech double flank, Model P-2 gear roll testing machine, Microflat precision inspection bench centre, and Microflat surface plate. Committed to maintaining international standards of quality, the company is in process of getting the ISO certification as well.
