Placebo Gears & Transmissions was set up in the year 1992 by qualified and experienced engineers worked in mining, gas and thermal power stations to manufacture spares for power plants, mining equipment. The company is carrying out design and manufacture of spiral bevel gears and gearboxes to power plants, and to original equipment manufacturers like Elecon, New Allenbury, Kirloskar, Pneumatics, Paharpur Cooling Towers, Voith Couplings and Greaves India, among others. These valued customers are satisfied with the indigenous development of spare parts. Other services offered include: operation and maintenance contract works in gas, thermal power station, steel plants, coal mining construction and erection works, in addition carrying out fabrication and erection of structural steel works for thermal power projects.
