Machinewel Engineers, an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, has continuously revolutionised the art of manufacturing hardened and ground gears, maintaining international standards of quality. With technical expertise of highly experienced work force and an industry experience of 20 years, the company manufactures hardened and ground gears, worms, worm shafts, spline shafts, gearboxes, die sets, etc. These products are used in industries ranging from sugar mills, cement plants, power plants, cable machinery, printing machines, cranes, hoists, material handling equipment, blowers, pump, gearboxes and lathes. The company manufactures gears up to 1200 mm diameter and 10 modules. It has expertise in manufacturing customised gears and gearboxes as per customers’ drawings. Its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is equipped with the latest WMW gear grinders and worm grinders like Reishaur Gear Grinder – NZA model along with Fassler DSA Dressings; also an ultra modern testing and inspection lab with machines such as: Klingelnberg lead profile tester, Model PCS 600, Microtech double flank, Model P-2 gear roll testing machine, Microflat precision inspection bench centre and Microflat surface plate.
