The gears manufacturing capacity includes: spur/helical gears (10 to 3800 mm); bevel gears (10 to 800 mm); worm (300 mm); worm wheels (20 to 2000 mm); internal gears (max 650 mm); gear grinding (max. 600 mm); and spiral bevel gear, spline grinding, rack and pinion, sprockets and timing belt pulleys. Other products include: Nitrous flare jet nozzles - the Dunotune nitrous flare jets are precision machined to create a perfect flowing jet. The number stamping is crisp unlike other jets where one cannot read them. They work with all Dynotune nitrous systems and other like NOS, Compucar, etc. Sizes available: .010" to .073". Billet bottle brackets: the ultimate mount for nitrous oxide bottles are precision CNC machined from solid billet aluminium for high strength and great looks. Billet aluminium bracket set for 10 lb. and 15 lb. (7" diameter) bottles. The company also offers ratches, gear grinding, high precisio turning components, ratchet wheels(industrial, turnbuckle, barge, durbin durco ratchets) & pawls. It makes cast and machined ratchets in aluminium, mild-steel, stainless steel and other material as per customer requirements, and plastic moulded nylon ratchets too.
