Features and benefits: Mostuf composite bearings have excellent self-lubricating and wear resistance during non-lubricated conditions since they have various types of low frictional bearing layers as per each application; the backing layer, which is composed of filament wound fibreglass-epoxy, is non-corrosive entirely and can support maximum 140 Mpa of dynamic load; the bearings have strong resistance against shock, vibration load and there is negligible stick-slip; and self-lubricating, maintenance-free dry operation, low frictional co-efficient and low wear rate, high load-carrying capacity, multiple motion capability, light weight, non-sensitive to impact and shock load negligible stick-slip, non-corrosive material, non-conductive material, low swelling.
