Cross-Roller Bearing Slides

Mead Fluid Dynamics' cross-roller bearing slides offer a precision actuator for linear transfer. These air-powered slides are for point-to-point positioning and assembling applications that demand a high degree of accuracy. Cross-roller bearings and guides provide ultra smooth motion and linear accuracy of 0.001"per inch of travel in all directions. High rigidity creates deflection-free linear motion and ;low frictional resistance, ensuring a long life capable of exceeding 10 million cycles. Slides are available with stroke lengths from 1 "to 6". Integral piston rods provide 25 lbs of thrust at 100 PSI. All slides are mirror capable, allowing outboard shocks, air entry, and electronic switching to be mounted on either side of the slide.
