Carbide liner bushes

Thane-based SIP Tools offers a range of carbide bushes that are reliable, fast and economical. These have eight times life, compared to normal jig bushes. The main advantage of carbide bushes is substantial savings on down time due to its longer life. Only liner is made out of carbide which is either press fitted on brazed in complicated, hardened or toughened body as per customer?s requirements. Sintered tungsten carbide bushes are imported from Extramet AG, Switzerland, one of the biggest and most modern factory in the world. These carbide liners are available in two types: EMT 210 and EMT 100. Specifications (figures in bracket for type EMT 100): chemical composition ? 90% WC/TAC, 10% Co (94% WC/TAC, 6% Co); density hardness ? 14.65 g/cm3, 1?550 HC 30 (14.95 g/cm3, 1?680 HV 30 max 1?730); and transverse rupture strength - >3?700 N/nm? (>3?700 N/nm?).
