A S Precision Gears (ASPG) is a manufacturer of quality components for heavy engineering equipment for over 15 years. The company has over the years acquired a high level of expertise in the manufacture of Bushes, Pins and Gears and has in place a robust process-driven manufacturing capability that ensures a high level of precision, quality and durability. The company has the expertise to engineer any product/component design for OE manufacturing. It has several processes in place to ensure consistent quality, e.g., steel rods conforming to IS standards are procured directly from the manufacturers taking into consideration chemicals, mechanical, metallurgical, and hardening properties. The incoming raw material is further verified with a NABL certified laboratory. With an objective of delivering large volumes in minimum time, ASPG is establishing a 44,000 sq.ft state-of-the-art manufacturing facility near Dobbspet, Tumkur (near Bangalore).
