Boundary Lubricating Bearings, Lx Series

Spas Lubo Technologies offers LX Series Boundary Lubricating Bearings. These are designed to fill the gap between dry and lubricated type bearings. These bearings ensure smooth operation over an extended period of time. Once lubricated upon installation, only minimum lubrication is needed from then on at regular intervals. LX Series is widely used in auto steering joint, machine tools, engineering machineries, and etc. Features: boundary lubricating material enables LX series to keep excellent performance when lacking in lubrication oil; with good mechanical strength, these can stand heavy dynamic and static load; owing to the thick and hard surface of friction, these have advantage of low wear, do not absorb water or swelled up in moisture as other plastic materials do; suitable for conditions in which oil film is difficult to be formed, such as in oscillating movements in heavy load and low speed condition, frequent stop and start or start under load; and relatively inexpensive, various standards are available for quick delivery (inner dia - 10 to 300).
