Bevel Gear

The Bevel Gear is available in two types namely spiral type and straight type for various application in various industries. The specially developed straight bevel gear is used for Nota mixer in chemical, food, pharmaceutical and dyes industries. The gear is very efficient which gives smooth running and longer life. The specially developed spiral bevel gear is used for various gearboxes. After manufacturing, the gear is properly case hardened to ensure longer life. During case hardening process, the case is penetrated 1 to 2 mm, due to which the top layer becomes very hard and the core remains comparatively soft. The core hardness is maintained to 24 - 32 Rc, depending on client requirements. After heat treatment, all gears are properly lapped on lapping machines to give excellent performance during the process. All straight and spiral bevel gears are generated on imported generating machines, in order to give maximum efficiency. On special requirement, the company also supply hypoid gears required for ice crusher in dyes industries.
