Bearings, Special/Non-Standard

International Precision manufactures all types of special/non-standard Bearings. The range includes ball bearings, roller bearings, taper roller bearings, flexible roller bearings, heavy cylindrical roller bearings, thrust bearings and slim bearings up to 1000 mm diameter. These are manufactured from bearing grade steel (En 31 or SAE 52100) or 8620 or as per customers’ applications and requirement, the retainers made in mild steel, GM, brass or nylon cage. The rolling elements are steel ball or rollers of the same bearing steel. Machining and grading is done as per bearing tolerance, which is maintained as per engineering norms. Heat treatment is applied appropriately; normally the hardness is HRc 60 ±2. Bearings are assembled as per drawing or sample to control runout, clearance and play as per required application.
