MGK Bearings is engaged in bearings manufacturing for more than 35 years. Features: use of bearing steel (SAE 52100) strictly for all bearings manufactured by the company; latest technology in tune with international standards; using hot forged ring rolling technology which is better than manufacturing of rings out of conventional seam less tubes; raw-materials subjected to rigid metallurgical tests; full fledged computer aided design facilities, for component and jig fixtures, equipped with latest software; statistical quality control techniques for effective process control; and ultrasonic cleaning for all bearing components in assembly shops. Applications: MGK bearings find their application in all automobiles such as two and three wheelers, cars, tractors and agricultural, pumping sets and implements (ADV/combines/thrashers, etc), LCVs, HCVs, electric motors, fans, material handling systems, textile industry and many other engineering and machinery applications. The company with its own brands of clutch parts, oil seals, brake parts and has successfully marketed crank shafts, drive and under- chassis components and sophisticated electronic accessories for vehicle safety like gear locking system, centrally locking system power curtain and power windows, etc.
