Bearing Housings, SAF & SDAF Type

J & J Engineering India offers SAF and SDAF type Bearing Housings used as plummer blocks. These bearing housings are horizontally split type in construction and are available in cast iron, cast steel or SG iron material as per order. These are suitable to withstand heavier and shock loads due to their robust construction. For efficient seating and preventing foreign particles to enter in to the bearing housings, triple or double seal type labyrinth rings are provided. Furthermore, for mounting the plummer blocks on the foundation, two or four elongated bolt holes are provided. For four bolt holes, plummer block designation is prefixed with "F", e.g., FSAF 520. Owing to vast industry exposure of many years, the company is successfully manufacturing and exporting plummer blocks and bearing housings, developed using finest grade of raw materials, adhering to total quality management.
