Ball Transfer Unit

Ball Transfer Units' Application Example Traditional Static and Dynamic Systems include sieving and Packing system, filter, contaner, conveying table, and so on. When putting Ball Transfer Unit on the Conveying Table of Metal processing machinery (such as shearing machine, rolling mill, folding machine etc.), the metal can be pushed forward by rolling friction (other than sliding friction). For example, when installed on the big hydraulic punching machine used in automobile metal process, the Ball Transfer Units with springs are embedded in the working table so that the mold can rolling in and out by rolling friction.
After the mold is fixed and clamped, the BAll Transfer Units are pressed into the working table to make the mold kept in the position on which it is clamped. When used for big processing machines the center point needs to be calibrated (such a sdrilling machine, punching,reversing machine and milling machine. Ball Transfer Units can easily move heavy molds or objects to be processed to the working position of operators.
