Ball Cages (Linear Bearings)

Binra Engineers are manufacturers and exporters of top quality ball cages (linear bearings). The ball cage is a high quality anti-friction bearing for unlimited linear and rotary motion applications. It is used in press tools, jigs and fixtures, blister packing machines and any other application where precise and frictionless movements are required. The use of ball cages considerably increases the life span of dies, press tools and machines. The cages are manufactured from extruded pipes, rangingin diameter from 15 to 75 mm, and in lengths up to 200 mm, made of either brass or aluminium. The balls are of bearing qualityand procured directly from ISO 9000 approved manufacturers. Salient features are long service life under extremely high loads, constant and uniform concentricity subject to extreme radial and axial loads, a high degree of stiffness and absolute tightness.
