JEI Bearings is engaged in manufacturing Automobile and Industrial Bearings. The range includes taper roller bearings, deep groove ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, needle roller bearings, spherical roller bearings, clutch release bearings, angular contact bearings and king pin bearings. The company is using latest machinery and quality control equipments for manufacturing different types of bearings. It can also manufacture products as per customers’ requirement. At present, the company is supplying its products to domestic as well as international market. JEI bearings are made from prime bearing steel of the grade SAE-52100 (oxygen contents within 15 ppm only) for races and rolling elements. Retainer is manufactured from CRCA, EDD quality steel. Bearing races and rollers are hardened and tempered with 60 ±2 HRC. Bearings are manufactured with standard dimensions and tolerance as per international standards. Races and rolling elements are super ground to get best finishing and very low roughness average value. Quality is maintained by exercising right control at each and every stage of manufacture, from raw materials to finished products.
