Kishan Forge Pvt Ltd is a close die forging plant having specialty in forging of all kinds of Auto Wheel Bearing Hubs. Auto wheel bearing hub units are integrated suspension subsystems, allowing to increase bearing load capacity for a given dimension. They can take up forging job as well as development and manufacturing of all kinds of finished or semi-finished auto wheel bearing hubs. The forging plant has facilities of forge shop, machining shop, heat treatment process and testing laboratory. The plant is having forging capacity of 600 metric tonnes per month and job capacity 1 kg to 30 kg single piece in metal range of CK-45, EN8D, EN9, 42CrMo4, 40Cr1, EN-15 or as per metal needed by client. The company can also undertak close die steel forging job according to drawings, specifications, material details, quantity details and sample pieces provided by customers. Auto wheel bearing hubs are having applications with wide range, designs, various series and models of four wheeler vehicles like passenger cars, racing cars, bus, light trucks to medium and heavy-duty trucks, tractors and even construction earth moving vehicles.
