Grinding Machines

A range of Grinding Machines for internal bore, internal track, external and cylindrical grinding operation on small, medium and large size parts for straight or taper bores are available. The bed is one piece made of high-grade cast iron provided with strong ribs for rigidity and a large inverted prismatic guide and wide track for the table. All the slide ways are carefully hand scraped to ensure high accuracy. The main table traverse is manually done by rack and pinion arrangement. Automatic traverse is by hydraulic power pack and an electronic circuit. The work head spindle is made of nickel chrome steel, hardened and ground. The spindle bearings are packed with long life grease. The work head has a micro feed, arrangement for easy taper setting (shoe centreless system). This device is mounted on front side of work head for better accuracy and fast production. The spindle is supported on high precision P4 grade, matched pair of antifriction bearings. Work head drive DC motor permits stepless speed variation.
