Multistage Boiler Feed Pump, High Head

Pump Engineering Company’s high head multistage boiler feed pumps are available in BPF and HCF-series lateral channel, regenerative type. The pump hydraulics are designed for relatively high efficiency, have very low NPSHR-value, and can work against suction lift of 8 m. Self priming characteristic of these pumps make it possible to handle fluid with air or gas, even de-air suction pipe line as long as 100 m. These are closed tolerance precision grade manufactured pumps. Pump suction, intermediate and delivery casings are made of closed grain cast-iron. The fully open impeller is made of manganese bronze, and shaft made of AISI-410 SS. Different materials of construction are available, suitable for liquid to be pumped. These pumps are also available with mechanical seals. The pumps are useful for handling fresh water, condensate, fuel oil and other hot or cold but clear liquids. Applications are in water supply to multi-storey building, hills, hospitals, factories, transfer of liquid containing air or gas LPG plants, sprinklers, water-spraying irrigation, mining, pressure-boosting, curing water for building construction, height pressure water sealing, washing equipments, fire fighting boiler feeding, hot water/oil circulation, reverse osmosis-application, etc. These pumps are available in capacity – 575 LPM max, head 288 m max and temperature – 100ºC.
