The founding partner of Lock Stock & Barrel Hygiene LLP, Mr Rajesh Rohira, began his entrepreneurial journey over 3 decades ago. He ventured into the washroom hygiene sector in 1997 when he established his company Corporate Millennium Hygiene Solutions Pvt Ltd.
The company handled sales, marketing, servicing and distribution for one of the largest and oldest MNC's in the paper business, Kimberly Clark Professional - India and Rajesh developed a team of over 150, across 11 branches, spread throughout the country.
He successfully INNOVATED and introduced, a new and unique, Industry FIRST concept in the B2B markets across India - DrainOscopy - consisting of cameras and cleaning machines, that would go a long way in solving one of the perennial challenges that MNC's / FM's/Corporates / Hospitals/Institutions / Cafeterias face, "To ensure the washroom is devoid of malodours". He realised early in his career, that most other products never addressed the "root cause" of the problem which is constant and continuous "scale build up" in the drain lines.
In 2015, Corporate Millennium Hygiene Solutions Pvt Ltd merged with UK based company OCS's washroom division Cannon Hygiene. Having been the director of Business development pan India for Cannon and Corporate Millennium, Rajesh is justifiably regarded as one of the best service and supply chain experts in this industry. In 2017, after a successful twenty year run, he went on a sabbatical.
BACK WITH A BANG: The entire core team of Corporate Millennium, with 22 years of experience behind them, have now come together yet again to form LOCK STOCK AND BARREL HYGIENE LLP with Mr Rajesh Rohira at the helm, ready to take on the next wave in Innovative products and hygiene solutions. While they will continue to provide the regular range of washroom hygiene products and services, they look forward to introducing newer and more innovative Industry "firsts".

Rajesh Rohira
Founding Partner & CEO
Rajesh is fueled by his passion for understanding the nuances of Yoga and its Ashtanga (eight limbs). He considers himself a "forever student" , eager to do both, build on his Sadhana and look at the synergy with his other passion of "Your restrooms should be your BEST rooms" , with innovative hygiene solutions and strategies to achieve the same. He loves 16 yr old Single Malts and chanting.
Leisha Rohira

Before stepping into the hygiene sector, Leisha had a thriving career as a dancer, choreographer and dance instructor for over a decade. Besides dance her other hobbies include creative writing, reading and watching movies. She also loves to travel and is happiest on a secluded beach with a great book, good music and a dog in her lap.
Chhaya Karande
Business Manager
Chhaya has a passion for cooking and loves feeding her family and friends. She enjoys listening to old hindi and marathi songs and is also particularly interested in reading about history.
Devi Naidu
Assistant Manager
Devi enjoys working in the hygiene sector and being helpful whenever she can. She is a big fan of Korean movies and dramas and can spend the whole day binge watching the same. She has a big sweet tooth and cannot imagine her life without chocolate.
Shiva Naicker
Business Manager
Shiva has a special interest in electronic gadgets and learning about new technologies. He loves to travel to historical places and visit ancient temples. In his free time he enjoys drawing and indulging in a good game of chess.
Suresh Prabhakar

Suresh brings 15 years of technical experience in the washroom hygiene sector to the table and is always eager to learn more. He is a teetotaller who loves good company and good food. Suresh is a man of faith who also loves spending quality time with his family.
