Refrigerated Oil Coolers

Warkin Equipments designs and manufactures refrigerated oil coolers in technical collaboration with BKW of Germany. Often the uncontrolled rise in temperature of hydraulic and lubrication oils or other liquids results in reduced efficiency and sometimes leading to inaccuracies of sensitive components like spindles, bearings, and valves, due to thermal variations. Model DL coolers can be supplied with or without circulation pumps. The medium to be cooled passes through a specially designed evaporator chamber, and is cooled continuously by circulation. Highly reliable hermetic compressors of reputed makers are used, and electrical controls with overload protection, indicator lamps, HP/LP switches and timer are incorporated. The required temperature can be set and controlled through an electronic device. These oil coolers are available in capacities from 900 kcal/hour to 15,000 kcal/hour.
