Reliance Engineering Company offers Dual Circuit Coolers. These are utilised where-in two independent circuits of oil are present. For example: to cool gearbox oil and hydraulic circuit oil, to cool linear motor and spindle motor oil circuits, and to cool spindle and power pack oil circuits. The standard models are mentioned below; however a different combination of capacities can also be offered to suit customers’ requirements.

  • Models: DCC 30 – DCC 45 – DCC 60 – DCC 75 – DCC 90
  • Capacity in kilo cal/hour: 3000 – 4500 – 6000 – 7500 – 9000
  • Circuit-I in kilo cal/hour: 1000 – 1500 – 1500 – 3000 – 3000
  • Circuit-II in kilo cal/hour: 2000 – 3000 – 4500 – 4500 – 6000
  • Power input in watts: 1400 – 2500 – 3000 – 3400 – 4200
  • Source: 415 V 3-phase, 50 Hz
  • Refrigerant: R-22 – R-22 – R-22 – R-22 – R-22
