- It is useful for hardness testing applications like inspection of welds, inspection of cast and forged metals, heat-treated surfaces, oil & gas industries, pipe manufacturers, etc.
- Equotip Touchscreen Unit comes with 7” color display 800x480 pixels; Internal 8GB Flash Memory <100000 Measurements; and Lithium polymer battery (3.6 V, 14.0 Ah) having lifetime > 8 h (in standard operating mode). While it weighs about 1525 g (incl. Battery), it has dimensions of 250 x 162 x 62 mm; Humidity < 95?% RH, non-condensing; operating temperature of -10°C to 50°C (14 to 122°F), and protection of IP54 fully rugged with shock-absorbing casing. It has CE certification.
- Equotip UCI Probe offers measuring range of 20-2000HV; measuring accuracy of ±2%(150-950HV); and resolution of 1HV (UCI) ,0.1 HRC. It comes with adjustable test load of HV1, HV5, HV10. It has Vickers diamond indenter according to ISO6507-2 and has probe dimensions of 155x Ø 40mm(6.1xØ1.57 Inches ) without foot. It available in the scale of HB, HV, HRA, HRB, HRC, HR15N, HR15T, and MPA. Standards applied are ASTM A 1038, ASTM E 140, DIN 50159, ISO 18265, GB/T 34205-2017.
