  • This machine scrubs and cleans the floor and dries the wet floor simultaneously by sucking the dirty water through vacuum action. With a large scrubbing width of 860 mm, it can provide productivity upto5590 sqm/ hr.
  • Thus it cleans large areas in a short span of time and also saves on labour costs as one machine can do the job of 10-15 people and provides better results compared to manual cleaning. The tanks are made of tough rotomolded plastic and have large capacity of 120 Ltrs& 130 Ltrs for the solution tank and recovery tank respectively so that it can cover a larger area without needing intervals for tank refill & discharge. Brush fixing & removal can be done automatically without manual intervention of the operator.
  • Tanks are designed to discharge water completely to eliminate bacterial & stain residue. Cleaning solution discharge is controlled electronically to regulate output and save water efficiently when not in use. Seating is designed for operator to work longer hours comfortably and also comes with a pressure sensitive switch which only activates the machine to start when the operator is seated on it and prevents machine movement caused by false triggering by anyone else other than the operator.
  • The vacuum motor has a powerful suction that does not leave any water behind but is muted to eliminate noise that can cause disturbance to co-workers.
  • The squeegee can be mounted quickly and the rubber strips can be used on all four sides to reduce consumables cost. Batteries are sealed and maintenance free and can be easily used for upto 4.5 hours on a single charge thereby saving maintenance cost and increasing productivity. The dirty water collection tank has anti-overflow design float mechanism at waste vacuum head which prevents waste water from entering the vacuum motor. The machine decelerates automatically when turning or reversing to protect people, objects and the machine also from toppling over. The soft start of the brush reduces the burden on motor and batteries. Traction motor is quite powerful and offers speedsupto6.5 km/hr and climbing gradient up to 15%. Brakes are also powerful and stop the machine immediately when applied to avoid any accidents.
  • The anti-collision wheels are added to the brush disc cover to protect the machine and objects in case of impact. The splash proof rubber of the brush is designed with elastic tension spring which saves tools for assembly and dissembly. The T130 is highly useful for all types of large spaces such as in large spaces such as warehouses, factories, shopping malls, airports, railway stations, educational institutions, hospitals, residential & commercial complexes.
