These gauges rapidly measure angle preparation, excess weld metal, fillet weld leg length, throat length, misalignment and hole sixes for butt weld, butt-weld reinforcement. The rugged Bridge Cam Weld Gauge is fabricated in stainless steel used to measure the important dimensions of weld preparation and of completed butt and fillet welds. Automatic Weld Gauge will measure the important dimensions of weld preparations and of completed butt and fillet welds. It is intended for general fabrication work in the shop or on-site and rapidly measures weld features like tolerance of convexity, tolerance of reinforcement, concavity and under fill, to determine size of fillet weld. The 7 leaves type weld fillet gauge is useful for the inspection of conclave and convex fillet welds. This gauge allows fast and accurate measurement of eleven (11) fillet weld sizes like 1/8, 3/16, ¼, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, ½, 5/8, ¾, 7/8 and 1, and their Metric equivalent to determine weld sizes, either conclave or convex. The Multi Purpose Weld Fillet Gauge is a versatile tool for the use of welding operator. This tool can be used with ease for weld joint preparatory functions as well as for checking of weld joint. The tool combines a bore gauge, angle gauge, and depth gauge 7 weld height gauge. The tool is made in stainless steel with polish finish.
