With its unique structure and new technology of air end, this can help the customers to minimise the maintenance cost, save the energy and increase the value better than double screw and reciprocating compressors. The company offers not only the product, but also provides customised applications and complete air solutions. This single screw air compressor is warranted for 100000 hrs for bearings and five years for air end (heart of the compressor) service life. Power saving is 14%, which is money saved. In 1960, Mr Zimmern, a Frenchman designed the worm screw compressor and successfully applied for the patent and the product was massively produced in the 1970s. The range of application was gradually expanded since the maturing of its technology in the 1980s. In development phase, single screw compressor being younger than double screw, yet maintained stronger momentum due to its excellent performance and have roughly equal shares with double screw in the international market. Single screw compressors are mainly used as air compressors, freezing (air conditioning) machines, heat pumps, for compressing different gases in the biochemistry type of technological process.
