GSE Filter Pvt Ltd offers Pleated Dust Collector Filter Bags. when compared to conventional filter bags thereby reducing the space required for the installation of the bag house. They are made of strong media which is spun bonded in construction and provides for excellent surface filtration characteristics. The various products in pleated type are:

PLEATED BAG:

PU top & Bottom Construction in Ø 130 mm or 160 mm and 16 mm pleat depth

Metal top & Bottom Construction in Ø 160 mm and 16 mm or 23 mm pleat depth

Inner supporting cage made in metal

Standard lengths available are 500/700/1000/1400/1500/2000 mm

Standard filtration area available – 1.92 sqm / 3.84 sqm / 1.5 sqm / 3 sqm / 5.5 sqm

PLEATED CARTRIDGE:

Available in metal top & bottom with metal inner cage

Standard Cartridges are of 3 “lug” (flange) top design and mounted by bolting arrangement

DIN Cartridges are full round tops and mounted by tie-rods

Standard diameters: 150 / 225 / 325 mm

Standard lengths: 500 / 600 / 660 / 700 / 1000 / 1400 / 1500 / 2000 mm

Standard pleat depths: 16 / 28 / 48 mm

The number of pleats and area of the cartridges can be customized as per requirement
