Gas Filtration
Gas filtration systems are used for removal of dirt, dust, rust condensates, moisture contents, oil impurities and exhaust fumes. Filtered gas results in low down time and reduces production loss. These filtration systems are designed based on their flow requirement, line size, working pressure, working temperature and level of filtration rating. Filter housings can be made of SS 316, SS 304, carbon steel or aluminium. Filter elements are made of varieties of selective fibre media to ensure desired filtration level. Filter Concept offers filter elements for replacement of existing vessels and new design vessels. These are made as per demanding application of process to offers high filtration area, lower pressure drop and extended service life of filter element. The filters are available in customised design and capacity to meet particular process parameters. Filter housings are available in standard design codes like ASME Sec. VIII, Div I, and other pressure vessel design code upon special request. These filters are further classified in three different categories: 1. Particle removal filter (for removal of dirt dust, rust and other metal particles up to 1 micron); 2. High efficiency filter (for removal of oil and moisture contents and fine particles up to 0.01 micron); and 3. Carbon filter (for removal of oil vapour, test and odour).
