Yugandhar Systems offers a silent microstepping motor driver – YSSPD 4.
- This is compact, silent, yet a powerful driver, which eliminates all the problems related to vibration, resonance and sound in the stepper motor.Â
- It is suitable for motors from 10 to 87 kg cm and offers basic 200 PPR mode. This mode has smart stepping feature. At lower speeds, up to 580 Hz, the basic step angle of 1.8 degree is converted to 0.225 degree, without changing the resolution.Â
- At higher speeds, the driver changes over to 1.8 degree. Pure sinusoidal currents in the motor, reduce the motor sound and vibration.Â
- Its features include: smooth and silent operation of motor; PPR setting selectable with 200, 400, 800, 1000, 1600, 3200 and 4000; 200 PPR has smart stepping mode; supply voltage – 24-80 V DC or 24-60 V AC; 2 to 5 A per phase selectable motor currents; clock, direction and disable signals (optically isolated); plug and play connectors; auto current cutback to 50 per cent in ideal condition; over current protection; purely indigenous design with long service commitment; compact size – 120 (H) X 51 (W) X 120 (D) mm.Â
