Ground Worm Shafts

• It has in-house manufacturing facility for profile grinding of worm shafts on WMW, Matrix and Reishauer thread grinding machine. It can offer ground worms in bulk quantity due to large number of thread grinding machines. 
• Profile ground worms are the most accurate worm profiles compared to hobbing or milling or thread whirling process. Capacity: diameter – up to 300 mm, module up to 25 module, length 500 mm, lead up to 200 mm and number of starts – 10. 
• Apart from ground worms, the company also manufactures lead screws, knurling tools, thread rolls, spur and helical gears, worm and worm wheels, serration cutters, hob cutters, ground gears, etc.
