“KUSAM-MECO” has introduced a new Clamp-on Earth Resistance Tester Model KM 1820EX. Which is Flame proof type and can be used in hazardous areas.
- It has Ex compliance Exia II BT3Ga for Explosion proof areas. It measures the Earth Loop Resistance, there is no need to disconnect the ground leads. It also does not require auxiliary electrodes as in traditional Earth Resistance Testers. It has audible & visible alarms, data memory, data hold functions.
- The measurement range for resistance is 0.01? to 1200?. The clamp size is 65 X 32 mm with clamp opening 32 mm. It has LCD digital display. If can store 99 data. It is powered by 4 X 1.5V Alkaline batteries. The Earth Resistance Tester is supplied with Test Ring, Batteries, User Manual & Carrying case.
