  • Autosys provides Bin Bag Dispensing systems that can be set up just where the raw material is needed in the process. It can be a feeding chamber, a vessel or day bin from where the raw material is consumed by the process.
  • Compared to Silo/Bin based Storage, and associated handling and feeding systems, Big Bag based storage and feeding, substantially reduces the Capex cost of the project and the space required.
  • The Autosys system comes with supporting structure and motorized chain pulley arrangements, so that the bag can be picked up and then hoisted above the dispensing area. A single system can handle multiple sizes of bags, so that the same system can be used to feed different raw materials with different bulk Densities and packing sizes.
  • The system can be used either with Fork lift based handling systems or EOT based systems. To reduce human handling, automatic knife based auto tearing can also be provided.
  • The Autosys system also has optional add-ons such as “time based oscillation” and “pneumatic poking systems”, to ensure that the material is fed smoothly, even in the case of difficult to flow materials.
  • The system also comes with special valves and collection vents to connect to centralized dust collection systems.
  • The system can also be coupled with vibrating mesh for sieving before feeding. For smaller bags (25Kg, 50 Kg etc), Autosys also provides small bag cutting, handling and feeding systems with dust free chambers for high volume RM feeding.
  • Many industries buy raw materials in Big Bags: 1000 Kg, 500 Kg and 250 Kg Bags. Instead of unloading these raw materials into silos or bins, it is much easier to stack them and store them as is, in the RM Storage area, provided there is a way to dispense these raw materials directly into the process.
