AMRO Airtech offers a range Air Motors. Geared vane type air motors are available in 0.5 HP, 0.8 HP and 1.0 HP rating. Single stage in-line planetary gearboxes give a speed of approx 3000 rpm. Double stage in-line planetary gearboxes give a speed of approx 500 rpm. The motors and gearboxes are modular in design and construction. These are very strong and sturdy geared air motors, which are useful for 24x7 hours working. AMRO Airtech specialises in providing customised solutions for pneumatic stirring and mixing applications to pharma, chemical, engineering and other companies. The company makes air motors in different types such as vane type, vane type geared, radial piston type, oscillating type, etc.
- This is an imported radial piston air motor with 5 pistons; it
is very powerful and very compact.
- With 0.5 HP power, it generates a maximum torque of @ 7nm, and
has a maximum speed of 1,700 rpm.
- It is flange mounted and very low noise, which is the top
priority of pharmaceutical companies.
- It also has very low air consumption and can be used in any
position; it is very useful for stirring liquids from 200 to 500 litre
capacities; it can be supplied with built in gearbox to further increase
the torque, if required.
